I don’t even know where to start. First of all, I reserved a truck rental online for a 10′ vehicle days before my move out and they gave me a call a day before my move to say that the vehicle is unavailable. The only available truck was a 26′ vehicle in Hope and that I would have to go there to pick up/​drop off. We had the elevator booked for 9am-​12pm and the truck would only be available at 2pm. I had to cancel the movers and look for another truck rental company to help us out in less than a day before our move. The U-​Haul phone operators were kind but due to the circumstances, worst experience ever. Would not recommend.

Really hit and miss at this location. My wife and I rented a van a few weeks ago from them, everything was great! Better than expected. I had thought I found a go to rental place.
Fast forward to today, and it was the worst experience ever. Wouldn’t let me know what was available at first, and then kept trying to rent me the van for 4 hours for the same price as a day. On top of it, she had the worst tone and customer service skills I have experienced. You ever call a place, and for some reason they’re angry and want to argue on the phone with you, and you’re not sure why?
It is kind of sad, because a few of the people that work there go out of their way to be helpful, and whoever is on the phones today ruins all of that.
