Excellent customer service. I had a horrible experience at the Marine Drive location but the staff in Surrey brought me back to good spirits as they were prompt and courteous when dealing with my issue of exchanging our carrier. The Marine Drive location has a lot to learn from their sister store in Surrey

Love this place for shopping for any baby things I need. Place is alittle unorganized at times but is a hidden kid store in Fleetwood.
