Wow, what an amazing brewery! When I wrote in to express my concerns about bad seals on their bottles of Blood Alley Bitter(twice, a bottle leaked all over my car because the seal wasn’t tight), I wasn’t expecting much. Most likely a form letter response a couple days later or something like that. To my surprise, the next morning I got an email from Steve, GM of Operations, apologizing for the defect and assuring me that the issue had been identified and was in the process of being resolved. Not only that, he HANDDELIVERED a 6-pack and t-shirt to my husband’s work!(I don’t drink it myself, I just buy it often for my husband… I feel like it makes me a better wife, haha.) Three things about Russell Brewing Company: 1. Superb customer service. They listen to their customers and take feedback seriously! 2. Pride in their product. They stand by their product and do their best to put out the best. 3. Amazing beer. So amazing in fact, the t-shirt my husband got is a bit too snug over his little beer belly! Oops! :0)
