I brought Andrew a used vehicle I was thinking of purchasing. He was super honest and provided a newbie like me with some great advice and things to look for during the test drive. He identified a few problems with the vehicle that were fixed by the seller before I proceeded with the purchase. The price was very fair but more importantly, I appreciated that he made a good inspection of the car and provided me with valuable feedback. Would definitely trust your vehicle with Andrew!

I needed a brake and coolant flush for my KIA and shopped around to 4 other mechanics before deciding on Precise.
Cons:
Sketchier part of Surrey (Whalley), entrance from King George isn’t easy to get into
Pros:
Great customer service.
Andrew was extremely helpful and appears knowledgeable of the various challenges I had with my 2012 KIA.
The price point was within the range of the most expensive and cheapest mechanics I previously contacted.
My vehicle was noticeably improved after brakes and fluid flushes.
If your looking for an honest and fair-​priced mechanic in the Whalley area, I would definitely give this business a try. I will likely be back.

I recently located Precise Automotive through Groupon for a 4 wheel alignment. I called prior to my purchase to see about availability and was told not to purchase the groupon, they would honour the groupon price, but don’t purchase the groupon. This should have been my first clue that they were not an honest retailer.
I made an apt, provided my contact information in case there was a problem, and went ahead and bought the groupon. On arriving there, I was told that they had taken on other work despite my scheduled apt and told me to try back in a few hours. When I asked why they had not called me to reschedule, the gentleman shrugged it off saying why would he bother to do that. I had traveled a half hour to get to this apt and a phone call would have been nice so that I did not waste my time. Not only the discourteous service but the lack of respect was ridiculous at this place and I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I will.
