My review is almost identical to the previous person who posted. The first red flag of this place is the odor of the shop. It smells musty and dirty like an old vintage store with old clothes.
Long story short is that my clothing did not come back to me clean. The original stain was still there. I explained this to the owner and he said that we never guarantee that a stain can be removed. I would have been ok with taking that risk if this point had been explained to me when I dropped off my garment which was not the case.
The owners (husband and wife) didn’t care to listen, were defensive and kept interrupting me when I wanted to explain myself and ultimately just feel heard as a customer.
My garment didn’t smell as if it was laundered and now I have to take it to an actual professional dry cleaner to my garment cleaned again. The old stain looks worse
This «family business» is terrible. Do not spend your money here unless you want to be disappointed.

It’s late in prom season, and I needed my dress altered to be shorter as it was too long for me. I was recommended by a friend for the alteration place across from Winners and assumed this one was it, not the one further down. I went in and I told them I wanted it shorter all around, get rid of the train behind me. I returned on the set date to find the train still on my dress. We had them pin up the back and came back a few days later when it was supposed to be done, to find it still had pins in it and had not been touched. We left, and my Dad, tired of this game just brought it home. I tried it on.
The dress is now much shorter in the back than it is in the front, and I realize now the front is too long still as I keep tripping over it. I cannot believe I payed 80 $ for them to mess up three times and absolutely ruin my dress. I do NOT recommend.

I recently took a handful of clothes to this location. It always seems really busy so didn’t look up reviews before coming here.
When I received my clothes back a week later the stains I had pointed out were still on my clothes and the minor alterations I had requested were horribly done.
For example, a pocket I requested to be fixed was just completely sewn up.
I don’t plan on returning to this location, very disappointing to have to take my «freshly» dry cleaned clothes to another dry cleaners to have them wash it and to re-​repair my alterations.
