Carol has done a wonderful job at transitioning my hair from dark dark brown to my natural «silver». A feat few hairdressers were willing to attempt! She is fun to work with, listening to my ideas and making them happen :-) She is exacting in her cuts as well, paying close attention to detail.

I always have a very specific idea of what I am looking for when I walk into a salon and I have never felt that my hair stylists do what I ask. At lumina I get exactly what I want, every time. I have never been disappointed here whether it be for cut, colour, or an updo. Definitely recommend!

Lovely place and staff. I’m welcomed as soon as I come in and offered a coffee. The ambience is elegant but friendly and it seems more like a gathering of friends than anything else. But we all come for the cut! So the bottom line is – it’s the best I’ve ever found for style and service.

Had my hair done by an outstanding hairdresser. Went there for over a year. When I called to make an appointment recently I was put on hold, and the receptionist never returned. On call back she said she was having computer problems and would call back. Never did. Several more calls made to no avail. Eventually my hair and I needed to move on. Disappointing customer service.
