I use to love this place they had musical every Wednesday and music class however I was advise by the cashier that they no longer have the musical anymore. I recently came to have coffee I was surprise that I had to pay $ 2 for my daughter to enter the play area I would understand if she was able to play but my daughter is only 7 months. I wanted to sit in play area so I can use the highchair to enjoy my coffee but if it will cost me extra $ 2 then forget it. Not to mention that the toy are so dirty like it has never been clean disgusting very disappointed I don’t think I will be coming here anymore.

Been going here for a few months now, great concept, good food contrary to other reviews, it’s not a restaurant it’s a Starbucks style café with a huge playground in the back, so if you go in there with that expectation you will see the value, in getting to relax, grab a cup of coffee or bite to eat and let you kids play. I found the staff to be very friendly. I think it’s under new ownership now.

Not really a fan. I really wanted to like the place, because the concept is outstanding. A place where my toddler won’t be trampled by older children and I can grab a bite/tea? Unfortunately, the place was unclean. I mean really unclean. Toys, highchairs, tables, really everywhere I looked had random blobs of old stuck food and who knows what else? They only pay the person at the front minimum wage which is too much to ask them to clean the hundreds of toys and facilities too. A proper cleaning service may be in order here. What is more, the food was not good. It tasted cheap and that bothered me considering what I spent. The good news is that the muscian hired to entertain the kids on Wed was amazing. Truly she was incredibly entertaining and the kids loved her. What I recommend, show up only for the performance on Wed at 1pm and leave without buying food or touching anything.

For kids this place is paradise. There’s a huge built in slide set, which is perfect for toddlers. There things for infants too, like activity blocks and Lego. I look forward to coming back when my LO is a running so she can enjoy the built in… Cons: The employee was a pretty negative, up tight and lazy. She didn’t direct me to the bathroom. She barely smiled and spoke with a frown She looked like she hated her job, dragged her feet when she was tidying up the toys I came w 3 other adults & we all ordered food(we were the only ones in the café at this time.) And after the 3rd order, them employee asked the 4th person ordering to come back in 5minutes because she had a lot of orders to do We also caught her on her cellphone. Before we left there was a new girl who came on, she was a lot more bright and pleasant to be around. Esp in a kid joint where you need to be moe cheerful. Wish she was there earlier to serve us for a better experience and maybe even a 5 stars… Would I return? Yes. Just would try and avoid this negative girls shift.
