Sergio, you rock! I’ve been to a couple classes of GUTS — and OMG what a workout! I love this whole concept of bootcamp! It’s intense, but you can go at your own pace. At times I wasn’t able to do some sets so I modified them to make sure I was still participating and not wasting my time. Sergio has been great and spotting people and assisting them with how the set is done.
Sergio is really great, supportive and helpful! I bought a package for GUTS and can’t wait to go back.

Cheapest Kettlebells in the city. Period. I bought a 40lb and a 20lb this weekend and it cost me 80 $ for the lot. That is INSANE. If you can find a 40lb kettlebell alone for less than 80 $ I will take my hat off to you (if I’m wearing one).
Downside? Business hours (closed sundays, only open 11 – 5 otherwise), and for me, the location. Its pretty far out there, but for those prices I will travel. Far.
Highly recommend!
