This is my go to place for cheap takeout. The butter chicken (and naan) are delicious with generous proportions. Love this place! Definitely recommend!

pickup only, do not get delivery unless you have absolutely no other way of getting your food, make you order ahead of time. their 45 mins is actually 1h30min or so. but pizza is cold but my Indian food was hot/​warm side

Don’t order from this place… they made us wait almost an hour and a half on a 45 min delivery. I ordered a 2 pizzas…1 spicy and 1reg. My spicy showed up with 1 green chilli siting on the side with no spice on the pizza. When I called then I had to talk to 3 people and was argued with. They told. They told me I ordered wrong. Finally they said they would bring the right one but I had to return the wrong one. Crap customer service, crap owner, do not order from here.

I ordered take out Indian food from this location. I ordered butter chicken, spinach paneer and rice. Naan and salad was included in each entrée.
Food was ready on time for pick up. When I finally got to try the food, it tasted pretty good. There was leftover for the next day.
I am giving this place a 3 star because I have been spoiled buying Indian food along Scott road. I found the prices to be higher than what I am used to paying for the same quality of food.

I love the Indian takeout dishes; used to get them for lunch and have leftovers for dinner! Butter chicken and Spinach chicken are two excellent choices; very generous servings and reasonable prices. These dishes take about 25 min to prepare, FYI. No room for in store dining, unless you’re just having a pizza slice. I have never tried their pizza, btw; maybe I should!

I’ve ordered from this place for a little over a year now and I haven’t had a bad experience yet.
This place is much cheaper than most pizza places and they offer delivery, which is a plus. The only downside I can think of is that you should expect to wait 30 – 60 for your order to be ready.
Their curries have always tasted fresh to me and came with complimentary naan (2 pieces).
I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for cheap take out/​delivery. As long as you’re patient enough to wait, of course.

My co-​workers and I sometimes order from this place. I’ve never had their pizza but the curry is delicious! We order quite a few dishes each time and nothing has disappointed. This is the only place we order Indian food from.
The service is great as well. They deliver quite promptly and there hasn’t been any mix ups with our order. Sometimes they throw in a couple of free salads because we order so much.
I definitely recommend this place!

Amazing Indian food! Always order takeout from this place and delivery for staff luncheon. The food is always to die for and recommend to everyone and for those who have never tried Indian before, try Gateway so you know what Indian Food is suppose to taste like!

I’m staying in Surrey on business and decided to trust the reviews and pop in here for some quick takeout. This was some of the best Indian food I’ve had!
Because I’m trying to be healthy, I wouldn’t let myself order any curry dishes and opted for the Chicken Tikka. When I’ve ordered this at any other restaurant it is quite dry but I told myself it was a compromise. It was SO INCREDIBLY MOIST it is unreal. Who needs the masala anyways? Naan is also thin and soft, just the way I like it.
I’ll be back and suggest you do the same!

Stopped here while cycling through surrey, even though it was 30 degrees outside it was well worth the stop. Some of the best Indian food I have had in the lower mainland. My friend and I ordered the Karachi chicken and chicken tikka and they were excellently spiced (unlike many of the toned down Vancouver restaurants). Reminded us of the Indian fare we had in Malaysia. Portions are also well sized and inexpensive, we ordered two mains, some garlic naan and a few drinks for only 25 dollars. It’s takeout only, and well worth a visit (unless you are a vegetarian).

Absolutely horroble pizza! My two friends had it and their stomachs didnt feel so good afterwards.
My husband and I had the butter chicken for take out and it was LOADED with grease. We had to take a few spoonfuls of oil out before we could start eating. And then it tasted kinda salty. Naan bread definitely not the best, but satisfactory. Rice was horrible too. Some herb or whatever killed the rice.

This is the place I always have to hit up when I come up to Canada. This my favorite pizza place I have ever been to. Pizza is made with authentic Indian toppings that puts all other pizzas to shame. Everything is delicious here. You won’t be disappointed!

Don’t let the name fool you. Gateway pizza is the a combination of tasty Indian food along with gourmet pizza. I love their butter chicken, full of flavour and not afraid of spice. The pizza puts fresh slice to shame. Loaded toppings and again jam packed with flavour.

Found this place through a recommendation from a friend. We ordered the goat curry, extra spicy and had the naan bread to go with it … Wow … yummy !!! The goat was very tender and the amount was a lot … Would definitely go back to this place again.
