One star — that’s it. So bad … Room was not cleaned for an entire day, only one server in the restaurant for breakfast, no pool towels, no response to any requests other than to say people called In sick. Unacceptable that there is no «plan» for being short of staff FOR AN ENTIRE DAY. Skip past this location to the Sheraton Guildford or cross the street to the Holiday Inn Express.
