Horrific. The lady that answered my phone inquiry sounded rushed and ignorant. I was very polite in asking a simple question. Before I was able to follow up on her answer, she hung up abruptly. It sickens me to the core when small businesses in my neighborhood behave incredibly rude. Concord is also affiliated with Sears (they have a pick-​up desk there).
