Armor Deck

We had our deck installed in June 2010 from Armor Deck. We had a problem the first year with a sticky spot so i called the company and Talked to the owner Jerry who told me to use Pink Solution on it to clean it soI went and bought some and proceeded to clean the spot sticky spot but the top finish rubbed off with a soft brush right away so I stopped and just left it as it was a bit better the next year we noticed more spots and called the company but between our schedules and traveling i just asked that it be noted that we were having a bigger issue This year it is very bad so we called and Jerry came out with a glue guy because this seemed like the most likely reason for the stickiness I mentioned that i used the product suggested by the owner to clean the one spot and nothing else .
The response i got back was my warranty was now voided as I used a harsh cleaner so they will not do anything I have been trying to resolve this for months now and am getting nowhere fast this company tells you to use a product then tells you now you have no warranty ??
Our 3 year old deck cannot even be walked on now it is so sticky that you actually stick to it it looks worse than the 11 year old deck we took off but at least we could walk on it
Armor Deck does ot seem to have a warranty on its deck so beware
