I have been to many sushi places and by far this is one of my top favorite places for sushi. I love their spicy salmon rolls and the fried tofu is great. The food is always his and the service is quick.

The Good: All-you-can-eat, for those who enjoy this style of sushi restaurant. The water was free. The Bad: The décor is nothing to write home about, but acceptable for what it is. The sushi is mediocre, but edible. I did not particularly enjoy anything I ate. The Ugly: The service is the worst I have ever seen at any restaurant. Completely unacceptable. The dozen or so servers seemed generally confused and had no table assignment. Most were outright rude and completely inattentive. The experience reached a crescendo when we attempted to pay for our bills. One of my fellow diners did not order or eat anything, yet they tried to charge him anyway. Our attempt to correct this problem resulted in a shouting match with our waiter, and eventually the manager. After about five minutes of this they finally relented and we were able to leave. Unfortunately we left 15% tips before this episode occurred. If you want to be treated like dirt, dine here. Do not recommend.

5 star is for the food only. Service is either really good or really bad. This is my favourite go-to place for all you can eat sushi. I always leave there extremely full! There’s something about the way they cook their rice… it’s sweeter than most sushi places which I love. Best bang for your buck.

Assembly line sushi at inflated cost. For $ 15 each you can go to Umai and get a 66 piece maki boat and have a great experience. I’m not sure why I’d pay $ 22 for grisly chicken and haphazard maki rolls like I got at Osaka.

Service can be unpredictable here and can vary depending on how busy they are. This is an all you can eat sushi place, the food is great, after you place your first order it can be a challenge to get the attention of one of the servers, but when you do they are more than happy to help. It can get busy here on weekends at dinner time. Lunch is cheaper than dinner and the lunch menu lacks a few things that the dinner menu has, but if you are vegetarian you have nothing to worry about as all items that are on the dinner menu are available on the lunch menu.
