Cluttered, staff inattentive, not competitively priced on handball gear.

Hmm… I’m stuck in the middle on this update.
I went back to pick up the said personalized jerseys, from my previous review, for my daughter’s Tim Bits Soccer Team and they had not been completed over 1 week later.
The gentelmen who helped me was, again, super friendly and advised he would complete them immediately and that they would be ready by the end of the night.
I returned the next morning and picked up the jerseys.
There was some difficulty in locating the jerseys, but eventually I had them in my hot little hands a couple of hours before the seaon opener soccer game.
Every individual I dealt with, both in person and onine, was professional and polite but the delivery of the service was subpar — not being completed, difficulty locating, etc.
I also think that I should have been given a discount on the final product given that I had to return twice as it had not been completed the first time.
I’m hoping my next dealing will be better there — If I had only gone in to shop for an item, I would be giving them 5 stars in a heartbeat. Clean, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with — just wish my order had been handled as initially promised.
C’est la vie! Never the less, I shall return :-)
P. S. Their parkign lot is subpar — difficult to navigate in the Winter and crammed in. Not much they can do about it, though!
