These guys have taken my wife’s payment over a month ago. No service yet. We have had one return to the phone messages we’ve left (when their message box is receiving new messages from not being overloaded). They said that they were coming to do it right away. No one showed up. Do not engage these people unless you wish to throw money in a black hole.
I will gladly revise/​update this post if this company follows through and completes the service they were paid to do within the season it should be completed (which should be easy for them if we are a ‘one off case’). It might be hard if there are many of us.
