Prompt check in for a large room that was newly renovated. Clean, attractive and quiet. The view is of a parking lot so don’t go for that. For a pleasant stay at a reasonable price, it works well in the Victoria area. We would go back.

I had to cancel my reservation due to someone else’s sick dogs being at the show in town and called before noon. They held hard to their 24 hour cancellation policy. If I had known there were sick dogs there 24 hours, I would have called 24 hours ahead as well as saving myself a trip all the way there and back for nothing!

This is a cool little hotel. Reasonably priced, with restaurants and shops nearby.
And the wifi is blazingly fast!
For travers, you’ll know that cell data plans for foreigners in Canada are way too expensive, so you’ll appreciate the wifi.
The TV was huge! But their system has many ‘unsubscribed’ channels, so you might waste time surfing through them trying to find something watchable. It’d be nice if they had a paper guide in the room, listing the major channels that are watchable.
I’ll stay again.

The front desk clerk was lacking a sparkle with her customer service. Room size is good and there are enough TV channels. Having a small fridge/​microwave/​kitchen space was handy. They are tied into the restaurant next to it so they offer 25% off which is a nice touch. The room seemed to be clean. Would I return? Yes as it is close to the airport and local tourist areas.
