Terrible customer service. I called for a quote and while he may do a good job from the looks of his portfolio he is extremely arrogant and unpleasant to be around. After the quote he agreed to do our floors then called us back a couple days later and said he «changed his mind» and told us he didn’t want to take the job. Unprofessional at its finest. Save yourself the hassle and find another company. I used Surface Builders Inc. and they did a fantastic job!
