True Balance

I’ve been going here for about 5 years now for Botox treatments for my tension headaches. First and foremost… Holly is wonderful. She remembers conversations from 3 – 4 months before, is personable, and always does as an amazing job. She makes you feel comfortable during the entire process, and it’s always painless and quick. The ladies at the front desk are always a pleasure as well. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Started going to True Balance in Sherwood Park for Laser Hair Removal, and was so pleased with the result that I go there now for everything and anything they offer. Some of the Services that I have had personal experience with are:
Laser Hair Removal — Perfect technicians who look after you and despite finding yourself in some compromising positions, they remain poised and professional. I have had Legs, Bikini, underarm all lasered with terrific results. I don’t even have a razor at home anymore!
Facials — I have done the eye supreme and found that my dark circles under my eyes were much better, even got compliments!
Peels — I have had several peels done through the last years at True Balance. I was very happy with the results. Staff listened to all my questions and fears about Peels and were able to put me to ease. I was so happy with the first peel, I have gone back for more!
Botox — As I suffer from Migraines, I have used the medical staff at True Balance to completely remove Migraines from my life. It is so effective, the staff so knowledgeable, that I often forget the skill involved with this procedure. I have steered others to try out this solution for Migraines as it has completely transformed my life. I would not trust anyone else to do this procedure for me.
Microdermabrasion — Having had this procedure done at another Spa, I was unimpressed with it, and was unwilling to try it again. However, the technician who was working with me on facials suggested I try it, and now it is my guilty pleasure. The True Balance Staff (everyone I have booked in with) are amazing at this. I feel like a new person when this procedure is done and I book as often as I can. Truly feel pampered!
Makeup — I was happy to open up my Christmas present to find the True Balance line of Makeup. It is some of the best I have every had. Long lasting and beautiful. Compliments me perfectly. And as I have very sensitive skin, it is great to have the mineral makeup to use.
I can’t say enough about the Staff, the Medical Staff, and the other practitioners. From massages to medical appointments, I have nothing but good things to say about True Balance.
