Nails by Donna

Donna and her staff are very professional and efficient. This is a very clean location, an important thing for this type of business. Love the massage chairs. Just wish there were more nail polish colour options to choose from. They are always running out as they are a busy location. They do take walk-​ins.

I was bored one Sunday and decided to get my nails done, so I called a friend who works for a commercial property management company to ask if she knew of any salon’s in the area. She mentioned Nails by Donna and I was actually driving by so I decided to give it a try.
I walked in with no appointment and asked if they would have time to do gel nails for me — yep, no problem. Donna was the lady who did my nails and she was gentil and friendly. One of the other ladies offered to paint a rose on two of my nails and I was blown away by her talent — she did an amazing job! Even the atmosphere in there was nice, comfortable, and very friendly. The other patrons and the staff were happily chatting together like they had been friends for years, checking on what everyone was getting done to their nails.
Never had an issue with my nails — I was worried cuz I tend to be rough on my nails and typically lose one or two within the first week. But it was all good — all nails lasted till I went in for my fill — where again I just walked in and they were able to help me pretty much right away — Donna again! Same great service, warm atmosphere — Donna even remembered my name from the last time I was in. I don’t have much to compare this too as I have not really been to any sort of spa in the past but I did spend a significant amount of money and walked out feeling good about it — not cheated :)! I think this will be my nail salon of choice for the time being — although they come and go so fast hopefully this one will be around for a while.
