I’ve been seeing my hairdresser, Kerry, for over a year and I couldn’t be happier. She’s cut and permed my hair several times and I love the way I look every time I walk out of there. Kerry has never pushed me to buy the Bumble and Bumble products they sell but the few she recommended have completely changed the way my hair looks (for the better)! The front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with Headquarters!

Today my pedicure was with Paige and i had so much fun at our appointment. If your looking for an estethician that really understands her trade request paige! She’s super friendly and has amazingly strong hands to help relieve tired sore feet. I find a lot of times my favorite part is the massage and paige has a knack for it. I decided to trust paige to know what to do for color design asking her to use three shades i brought myself so i could touch up later. She made an even better color design set up that never would have occurred to me so i was pleasantly surprised and happy with the outcome of my paint job which has never looked better! The best work always comes from letting the artist decide for you :) The new massage chairs controls are confusing at first but once you figure out what works for your body its always a benefit during your pedicure. The chairs don’t heat up like the old ones but im totally cool with that cause im never cold in the pedicure room. The new design is so beautiful!!! You feel like your royalty when your in there and both my friend and i getting the pedicures were remarking how we would add some of headquarters designs to our own hypothetical dream houses. Must say im loving what you’ve done to the place headquarters! ! And ill definitely be requesting paige from now on!

I never thought I would find myself driving out to sherwoord park for a salon but now that I’ve been, I can’t imagine not! Headquarters (a Bumble and Bumble exclusive salon) has been up and running for what seems like forever, but you would never be able to tell from their space. Recently renovated, the interior is modern and bright. It’s everything you’d want to relax and get pampered!
The stylists are amazing and so friendly! It’s definitely not one of those high end salons where their staff comes with a superiority complex! They really know what the ire doing and I would trust any one of them with my hair!
In addition to a great space in the salon, they also have a really gorgeous spa space. The spa side is almost as big as the salon! They have heated massage chairs while you enjoy your mani/​pedis and huge bright rooms for your massage and any spa needs.
Plus they’re pretty much right off of baseline road which takes you in and out of edmonton! It’s so fast and easy and you completely bypass all the construction on the yellow head! Take some time and make your way out here to spoil yourself!
Ps! They’re one of the only salons that are open on Mondays!

Have been seeing Tessa for past year. Love her! She is just building her clients, lovely young stylist. Always takes her time to make sure your happy & her kind way to advise what will /​won’t work. Never rushed enjoyable to visit with. I’ve always got many compliments with cut & highlights! Up & coming star!

Just had my eyebrows shaped by Claudia. The whole experience was amazing. I would highly recommend! Front desk staff were very helpful!

First time here as a customer. Got a man-​pedicure and it was great. The place is well laid out and organized. The foot spa area is huge with 10 chairs. It’s quiet, serene and quite relaxing. Didn’t know that massage chairs would be that nice.
As for service. Quite good. Te ladies who work here are all very welcoming and friendly. They did a great job on my manly feet. I do think I will be coming here at least two times a year for foot maintenance.

Ive been going to Headquarters for a few years now. Emma is just a great stylist! I love my hair every time! I have tried some of the spa services too. Wish I could do that more often !

Came here before a wedding based on a local’s recommendation and absolutely loved my experience here! Received highlights, a cut, and updo from Tracy who was fantastic. She was really good at interpreting what I wanted, and the end result was superb. Tracy was also just very friendly and easy to talk during the appointment. Hope I’m in this area so I can come and have Tracy do my hair again — thanks HQ!
