Here’s a review, 10 years after getting my braces removed.
I had very, very crooked teeth. Prior to getting my braces on in my teens, I had to get 8 baby teeth removed that hadn’t come out on their own. I also had to get an expander, as my jaw was too small for my teeth that were severely crowded. Dr. Brian Nebbe was my orthodontist at Align in Sherwood Park. He started me with the expander, and did my braces as well.
I had my braces for 3 years, and was given a retainer, as well as a rubber mouth guard looking thing that was meant to help with my overbite.
I have several friends from high school that had their braces at the same time as me, and I can say I am the only one that still has straight teeth today (and no, I didn’t wear my retainer as long as I was supposed to).
Dr. Brian Nebbe was always very nice, very gentle, and obviously did a really great job on my teeth!
I highly recommend using Align Orthodontics.

Two of my children have gone through the braces saga and Align was by far the more positive experience.
The ladies who work there are friendly and helpful and never seem to be too busy to answer questions or help out in any way they can.
They have a section where kids can play games and you check in by logging into their system at a kiosk. You are welcome to go into the back area where your child is whenever you are there to check and see how things are going or just hold the hand of an uneasy first-​timer.
The staff are also very encouraging to the patients, learn their names and treat them with respect. Overall a very positive experience.
