We’ve always received excellent customer service at this Rona… when we’ve asked for it. Most times we can get in and out without the need of help but this time, we’re renovating our bathroom so we had a few questions.
They’ve reorganized the store a little since the last time we were here but the aisle are clearly marked and their selection is vast.
I much prefer Rona over their American competitors.

Not bad, not great. I found what I was looking for without the help of a salesperson, which was good. I went to check out and there were only two lines open and my cashier was having an annoying conversation with another employee the whole time, which was bad. I found that the place wasn’t very well-​lit.
This place gets a big shrug for me. It’s a big difference from the really helpful and friendly service I’ve been experiencing at Home Depot and Home Hardware lately.
