In cold weather, a classic rice dish to warm ones stomach is satisfying. Dad continuously spoke(10+ braindead yrs) about time in HK about such. Slaving(!) over the traditional oven keeping the fire alive to cook the Meal. How lucky we are to have Microwaves and Electric Stoves. Blah blah bla. Truth is I don’t mind cooking with Fire in Condo suite if Neighbours don’t. Keeps everyone nice and toasty. :P Dim Sum Dim Sum, an actual Food Court stall business name is no longer.
