Hybird Auto Cleaning Service

IN SHORT do not go it’s not worth it.
I arrived and the lady would not walk to my car asked for it to get moved. I told her she can walk to it.
Did not even review the bookings as per my order. She seen the salt and asked for $ 25.00 more right away. Sorry but why not ask if that is what I wanted.
I booked for the trunk to be clean but I rather go home and do it myself. Such a rude person. Have not interacted with the clean staff yet.
The clean guy ok when he came up for the keys I asked to see his DL and he did not have it. I told him sorry your or anyone who dose not have a DL is not moving my car. She refused me and I calling living social for a refund or something.

Wow! Just had my SUV cleaned today and they did an amazing job! I was a bit worried when I arrived to this very tucked away place and not very kept. But surprised with the end result and I guess that is all that matters. Thanks to the very nice workers and also the woman who help me choose what to have done. It cost a bit more but worth getting rid of all that dog hair and back to looking brand new again!!!
I will return in the spring :)

Bought a Groupon and excited to finally get have my car properly cleaned inside and out. Scheduled an appointment but had to wait 2 weeks; no biggie, my car isn’t covered in dung or anything. Appointment day finally arrive, made plans around it, got to the garage and OMG! The nightmare begins. This garage is in an abandoned house sort of place and there was a homeless person inside their front foyer. I was freaked out. Called them to confirm address, and apparently I had to go around the corner. I took my car around and found the place, parked my car only to get scolded at by the owner (I assume). Re parked my car, owner inspected my car and tells me I have to pay $ 15 extra because there’s salt stain on the carpet LOL Like fo realz?!? I just paid Groupon $ 49 and now I am being asked to pay another $ 15 to actually do the cleaning? Anyways, I asked the owner to just clean the car and ignore the salt stain BUT that is not an option. Why? Because the salt stain has to go even if it’s my car. That’s when I said «no thanks» and just left.
If you are saying «U MAD BRO», well yes I am. Because a) I had to plan my Saturday around it and b) I had to drive 45 minutes just to find out it’s a mickey mouse operation.
So if you got suckered and bought a groupon for this place, my recommendation is to just save your time and money and ask for a refund. Or not and come back and write the exact review as mine and Alex K.

Customer service was pretty good, but the quality of work could really use some work.
I got my car detailed with a group deal voucher from these guys where it cost me around $ 60 with tax for a job that usually costs $ 280 plus tax. I’m talking an interior shampoo & vacuum, window cleaning, detailing of console, exterior wash, wax, engine shampoo, tire and rim cleaning. removal of grease and grime as well as salt stains. So it was a big job.
Unfortunately, the screen of my GPS ended up having water residue as if it wasn’t dried and there was stains left on my leather and trim in several places. I noticed a rim in the weather strip on my trunk which I’m pretty sure wasn’t there. Also I noticed that there was a piece of my after-​market alarm that was sticking out from my hood after driving away. It was very easy to put away and I know that it can get out of place, but they seem to have missed that part. As for the engine shampoo part, the engine really didn’t look very clean at all. When I was purchasing my car used, the engine looked brand new to the point where I suspected if everything might’ve been changed on it. And I noticed this on most of the used cars I looked at. Got nothing close to that here.
The owner seemed very easy going when I pointed out a concern and did whatever it took to try and help with the issue I thought was caused by them (he ended up determining that there’s no way they could’ve caused that particular issue, which was fine by me, and he referred me to someone who could help me take care of it).
So all-​in-​all, I’m not returning to Hybird based on the results of their work.
P. S. I’ve updated my rating to 1 star due to the following: not only are there stains left in the car on the sets and trim, but there were parts such as the area of the spare tire that were supposed to be cleaned that weren’t touched. Furthermore, all of the mats were left wet in the car and there is a spot that smells of cat urine on the passenger side at the front. They likely damaged my rims as well, and I need to pay quite the significant amount to have the refinished. Thumbs down from me for this place.
