We were clients of Mrs. Donatelli and our experience was far from effortless. We found her to be arrogant in her communications and was quite condescending to us as clients. We had questions regarding how the documents were drawn up and when we asked she dismissively told us «that’s how you wanted them». As our notary, supposedly representing our best interests, she failed to fully apprise or explain the consequences of her recommended actions. One Friday afternoon we called her simply seeking clarity on the situation, and she rudely responded she «was headed out the door and you’re lucky I picked up the call.» Not only were our needs as clients not adequately addressed, but we were disrespected as people. Given our recent experience, I would NOT recommend her services to anyone else.

We had 3 appointments!
first time, she forgot the documents from my mortgage; second time, she forgot the insurance documents; third time, she held my files until I paid her $ 1600!
Later, I had to chase back her miscalculated tax money from Builder’s accountant during around 2 months all alone!
5 months later, I had to present my existence to our condo committee because she forgot my files to them!
And co-​owners gave me surprise expression: Did you pay her $ 1600 out of your own pocket? I wonder why?
My naïve beliefs on people’s kindness placed on the wrong group!
Definitely not recommended.
