I haven’t been here in quite awhile. The kids loved in when they were small. Coloring on the table. There’s a Balloon man here tonight. Tuesday $ 4.50 off bottles of wine with your entrée. No mozzarella sticks though much to someone’s chagrin. They used to be on the menu… All ages can sit in the lounge which we did but sadly discovered that there’s no table coloring in the lounge. My steak sandwich was good. The wings were good. Overall good.

My husband, a couple of friends and I went to Montana’s a couple of nights ago. I swear that the distance between ordering and getting our food was enough time for them to go out and Kill the cow and pig and get potatoes from Idaho! I decided to try their new pulled pork poutine fries, aside from tasting really salty — they actually were not that bad. But being a person who uses little to no salt — I don’t think I would order that again. Our friends ordered steak they did enjoy the steak and one of the sides. They both ordered beans with it, but were not told that they were spicy, so they did not eat them. Aside from our poutine, we ordered the starter platter. We were quite full from the poutine, so we ended up taking the starter home. It was OK for lunch the next day(I really do like the deep fried pickles!) Overall, service set the standard here, poor service resulted in me saying it as it is!

Horrible, horrible, horrible visit here with my daughter and granddaughter. We were told the wait would be 15 minutes, which is fine, but it extended well beyond that. Once at our table, waiting continued — it was actually more than an hour before food arrived. While waiting, we were NOT entertained by the bugs and flies at and on our table, which the manager attributed to «needing» to leave the patio door open so servers could be speedier. Well, if service is faster out there, I’d advise you to sit outside, as it was super spotty inside. We finally were able to order, and my drink had another bug or UFO inside it, which is a pretty big turn-off for me.(And just incidentally — I do not find drinking out of a mason jar to be charming, bug free or not). Our meal, when it finally finally finally arrived, was lukewarm and missing an item. The manage informed us that item was no longer available to them and their policy was to replace it with garlic toast. Okay folks, if it is no longer available, why is it still on the menu? Why doesn’t the wait staff TELL you it isn’t available? Why aren’t you offered a substitution? And by the way, we didn’t even have garlic toast on the platter, so your«policy» has a few loopholes in it. She also said, «Well, I see you ate most of it anyway…» Well, yes, it’s true — we waited an hour for it to come, then another 20 minutes after the waitress said she would get you — we were HUNGRY, darn it, and did keep picking at it. We were charged for the child’s meal even though we told them in advance — THREE times — it was her birthday and she belonged to their club and had the notice with us about the free meal. At the end of all the unpleasantness, the poor kid had to ASK for the horned hat birthday traditional salute, after watching others get it all evening, which really hurt her feelings. And yes, they were well aware by then that it was her birthday. The attitude of the manager needs major readjustment — it was condescending and it obvious she didn’t like being bothered by us. Maybe the company doesn’t train how to help patrons resolve problems, maybe she didn’t care, but whatever — we will not be going back to this location. EVER. This is only the second time I’ve done a 1 star review, and if zero had been an option, it would have the honour of being first.

Came here for our niece’s 6th birthday dinner. Our food took 45 minutes to come out. When it did come out, most of it was cold but we were so hungry, we ate it anyways. Our waitress however, was very friendly and professional, and took some of our food items back to replace with hot items. Took some of my food home as it was a big serving, and was very disappointed when I realized(at home) that none of my sauces or sides had been included with my take home meal.

Service was excellent we lucked out and had a really quick and nice server We went on a Wednesday Which is all you can eat ribs The flavours really sucked I found the sauces were spicy(I don’t like spicy anything) The ribs were meaty enough so that was great Found it a bit expensive since its 30 $ I think but I can’t even eat more then one rack to myself So only go if you can really eat your money’s worth Nice atmosphere Little crowded but decent place to go for supper or whatever We have the summer alcoholic drink The lemonade with hickory flavour don’t try that Ew! The other ones were awesome!

The last time we were at Montana’s was probably 10 years ago and we were not too impressed, however as they had a promotion gong on we went back with another couple. The«free» appetizer deal card mislead us to believe we could get all three appetizers for free, but to make sure I asked our waitress and she confirmed yes we could get all three free. Well, low and behold, we were charged for two of the appetizers and when I approached the manager she said there was nothing she could do. It appears their customer service is still non-existent! There is absolutely no reason she could not refund the additional charges.

Worst food ever. Avoid like a plague !! The staff in the kitchen have to be the worst cooks ever. Takes an hour to cook 2x meduim rare steaks and a an order of chicken Fajitas. The the steaks were brought to the table, steaks were over done and the potatoes were cold. The chicken fajitas were not even«sizzling» when brought to the table and the fajitas were cold and sticky. The side of mushrooms — NOTEVENCOOKED, seriously, they were brought to the table white /cold /and hard in the centre’s. The only thing good — deep fried pickles

Coming back the Sunday before thanksgiving it was pretty dead so we were all like sweet no waiting. Immediately seated thinking yay starting off good. Went down hill from there. Service sucked, our server seemed more interested in the bigger table where almost everyone was drinking. I never got where people think that they’ll probably get a better tip as my boyfriend always is ‘give a good tip’ since he used to be in the restaurant business. We got our drinks put order in for appetizers then didn’t see her to put in our main order till we got that. Usually I enjoy the food but even the pickles tasted off. I decided to try a sandwich I hadn’t tried before the pulled pork since I usually enjoy them and it has those onion bits and sauce I like but I barely had any taste as well as the montanas fry dip(probably not exact name but regardless that’s what I call it) but that was tasteless as well. After awhile frys were hard. All around disappointing experience as the 2 others I was with were disappointed as well. We didn’t get a rib bucket either or extra wet naps. Idk maybe go back one day but for now no

Haven’t come here in a long time as I was disappointed in poor service last year. What a change! Great work to Gemma and her supporting staff. Meal was fast even in a packed restaurant! Clean place that’s very family friendly! Give it another chance people!

Loved it. I went there on a recommendation. Tip: Go early. Dinner is epic busy. We went early and it was definitely worth it. Since it was my first visit, I went for Smokehouse ribs. They were perfect and generous. I barely touched them before the meat began to fall off the bone. The service was great. Our server was Luc M, and if you get him, he’s pretty awesome. We sat in the lounge instead of the dining room. The lounge is all ages so it wasn’t necessarily to avoid noisy children. I would recommend the Southwest Potato Skins as a starter. They are almost a meal in themselves, if you aren’t sharing with someone else. Or you are just insanely hungry. They are fully loaded with toppings as well as taste. Just enough kick to let you know it is there without making it uncomfortable to eat. There was no room for dessert sadly. Next time for sure!

I came here on Saturday for one of the worst meals I’ve ever had in my life. The service was awful, it’s essentially a bunch of teenager wait staff who are more concerned with texting and hugging each other than doing their job. When the food finally came it was cold and just stodgy. I ordered a burger with the sweet potato fries and it was do disappointing. Everything was cold and I found a bunch of random rock hard regular fries in my burger along with a bunch of stale fries onions in my sweet potato fries! And to top it all off I found someone elses chunk of carrot in my burger! What my friend got was even worse. Cold chicken, raw vegetables(like they had literally steamed the veg for probably a min they looked cooked but when you but into them they weren’t) and the side of fried mushrooms were completely burnt to a crisp! There is absolutely nothing reframing about this place.

Mediocre at best is how my husband described the lunch we just had at Montana’s. Our server was nice and the atmosphere was pleasant enough but that is where the warm fuzzies stop. I ordered steak fajitas for $ 18.99 and they were basically flavorless. The salsa lacked anything resembling spice and I don’t think the veggies and steak were seasoned either. The sizzling platter wasn’t sizzling and my food was lukewarm at best. My husband ordered the Texas BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwich for $ 11.99. We have been watching a lot of Diners Drive-Ins & Dives on the food network lately so this sounded really good… Unfortunately, that is where the similarity stopped. The meat was lean but was boring and I swear missing BBQ sauce! For side, my husband chose Sweet Potato Fries which tasted like they had spent the last hour under a lamp — also lukewarm. The meal was boring… The food lukewarm at best… And the price? $ 40 plus tip.
