On Dec 16, 2015 I was looking for two items on the internet for my daughter. We had just learned from the Doctor that she has high doses of chlorine in her system and needed a filtering system to help her with this new health issue. I saw the AquaSafe Systems website and purchased the items we needed. As time was a real issue for us and that they were within the province, we should have the items in a few days. As of today, Feb 11, 2016 we have not received any of the items. I have been on live chat with Adam at least once a week over the last 8 weeks asking where the items are. I kept hearing the same thing, the items should be here by the end of the week. At on point I was told by Adam that«ïf» the shipment is in customs, they should have it by that day. Leading me to think they were tracking an already overdue shipment for their clients. Time would tell there was no items coming. Was this a scam business I thought? It appears they are selling items they do not have in stock. When calling, you have to leave a voice message but they don’t return calls. At least to me. As of today, I have had enough with the lies and misleading information that Aquasafe Systems in Saanichton BC, has been giving me. When I submitted a cancellation order and shared with them that I was sending a report to the BBB. That didn’t seem to be a concern coming from Adam. Since day one, no manager has spoken to me sharing their concerns of their poor service to their customers or their lack of inventory and what they are doing about it. My telephone calls have not been returned. They may claim to have 20 years in business but I wonder through my experience with them, why that has come to be? Unless the misinformation they have continued to give to me the last two months is what they are wanting other to believe about them.
