I been eating this place for almost 20 years. One of the best pan pizza u can get in greater vancouver area. Call ahead, pick it up, you’ll end up with a half eaten pizza by the time you get home. I worked at a fancy pizza place and this is the best tried and true pan pizza.
Other reviewers see this place wrong if you want some fancy thin crust pizza. This place been in business forever because of their pan pizza. Eat that and you won’t be disappointed.

Ordered 2 veggies and a custom yesterday evening. I didn’t read any Unilocal reviews before ordering and it was my first time so it was kind exciting (or maybe I was just hungry). The pizza however, was mediocre. It had the right amount of sauce. BUT, it was too dry. Dry crust killed the vibe.

Dude was washing his hair right in front of us in plain sight in the kitchen. The wife, reading the newspaper in front of him, gave US the «Wtf» look for staring. Not sure which was more disturbing.
Did not end up trying it and wouldn’t recommend it — how unhygenic!
On another note — how can a pizza place look and smell so BARE and food-​less?

Not sure what the fuss is about. Granted, I ordered on New Years Eve. However, the thin crust cheese pizza that I ordered was not that good. In fact, while eating a piece, I noticed some ham in one slice. I don’t eat anything with pork, but that is beside the fact. The crust was greasy, and the overall taste was poor to average at best. Sorry Wheat house, but we are definitely parting ways. I threw out most of the pizza. Dumpster divers beware… Move on to a bin closer to a reputable pizza place!

I am visiting Vancouver and staying at Richmond, I read the reviews of Wheat House Pizza and decided to give it a try. What a great pizza, the wheat crust is cripsy and tasty. The pizza is not greasy and the sauce is not bitter. The cheese is 2% fat so it is healthier compared to other places. I ordered a family combo that included a large pizza of any kind, a lasagna, 2 pieces of bread and a small greek salad. The lasagna was OK, but the star was the pizza. I highly recommend it. There is no seating area, just take out and delivery.

Decent tasting somewhat healthy pizza. I love the crunch to the whole wheat crust and the skim milk mozza. If you’re looking for the typical greasy or super gourmet pizza, turn away. If you’re looking for something a little different give this a try. I’m a fan of the house special pizza. The other foods are mediocre, not horrid, not great. The pizza is the winner for me.

Nothing special. I went to buy pizza at this restaurant based on reviews from Unilocal.Either the reviews were stoked, or people who gave this place great reviews don’t know anything about good pizza. It is a pan style pizza, with a tasteless crust. The good news is that the pizza was not salty. It is not your typical pizzeria pizza crust.

Best Pizza in Richmond/​Vancouver. No need to look anymore. Get the House special large and enjoy. Prices very reasonable, call to pick up or delivery. Also recommended is the Spinach specialty pizza.
