I got suckered into buying a facial package — the owner claiming she was very good and everyone says she gives the best facial. NOT TRUE !!! I recently had my second facial there. My first one was not very good, but I thought I would try a second time, giving her a second chance at it.
She constantly tries to sell you products, which is quite irritating, considering you go for a facial to relax and enjoy, not be bombarded with a sales pitch.
Do not waste your money here. Unfortunately I have 2 more .but will not be using them.

This service was absolutely the worst. I bought a package that gives me 5 different treatments to receive, and the owner refused to provide service to me and commanded me to exit her store, because she didn’t feel like honoring this voucher that I purchased for a not so small amount of money. She claimed she would lose money if she honored it. Now I’m in the hole because of this business and their terrible service. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Don’t waste your money! Owner/​manager (?) insisted that stylist was experienced with curly hair. Stylist proceeded to cut just the very ends of hair off and then smother my head with product to try to create some kind of shape. There were just a few wisps of hair on the floor! I asked the owner (?) if she thought I was a fool — it was obvious my hair had not been shaped. She offered me the choice of getting back in chair and leting them try again (not a chance) or take $ 5.00 off. I paid $ 30 — walked out and booked an appointment in downtown Vancouver. What a complete waste of time and money!!!
