We’ve used this company for either repairing or installing the following: our Viking Fridge(14 yrs), Viking Stove(14yrs), Miele dishwasher(4yrs), Bosche washer/dryer(3yrs). We’ve had great service from all the service people who came out(we’ve had three different ones). But I have to say Perry(services the North Shore) constantly exceeds our expectations. He seems to genuinely love what he does and goes the extra mile. Dale, who does the servicing and scheduling, is also great — when a repeat service appointment had to be made due to an emergency. I am also aware that they have very low employee turnover — which I consider a testimony to a well run company that respects and values their employees — this comes through in the passionate service we have received from them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and have done so often.

Same exceptional service for a repair(motherboard replacement) of my Fisher & Paykel dishwasher. Stan spent ten minutes showing me a number of things I can do myself, and telling me that the F&P customer support line was full of it when they said I couldn’t just open the dishwasher manually.

I have used priority appliance repairs in the past. While not cheap they did get the job completed. On a recent occurrence I had asked they they provide me with a quote for repairs prior to doing any work. The technician lied and said he called me and went ahead with the unauthorized work. Leaving me with a $ 262 charge. They offered me a $ 20 discount. Hardly acceptable! No appropriate resolution has been offered since. Be cautious when using this company they sub-contract out all their trades. I think this is why I had previously had better service.
