I’ve had it with reading cry baby reviews for this and other fast food places. There’s a place in the tastes list for pizza hut, you want gourmet pizza and gourmet service than go to one of those places and pay 30 – 40 bucks for a pizza. Heck, sometimes I feel like gourmet pizza, sometimes I feel like greasy pan fast food pizza. Learn to differentiate. Go write a bad review on how a can of chef boyardee didn’t compare to the evening when you ate out at an Italian fine dining restaurant. YOUGETWHATYOUPAYFORGOESFORALMOSTANYTHINGINLIFE. It’s negativety like this that brings down the employee moral and sets the bar low and satisfied regulars are the ones who end up suffering. Now about this location, this is a solid pizza hut location, awesome customer service, friendly smiles whenever I come in. Delivery is fast and courteous. pick up orders are always ready when I get there. Keep up the good work guys!

Scam. My little 12 yr old made a order for himself with his allowance. It was 15 bucks and he gave the driver a 20 dollar bill but the driver gave him some excuse about it being an internet order and he gets 5 dollars back the next time he makes a $ 25+ order with the coupon he was giving. That coupon requires an online survey and I’m sure is not worth $ 5. I was not there or I would have demanded the change. Clearly he was trying to take a little kid’s naivety to his advantage by convincing him he would get a deal by ordering even more next time. I then called the store and this haughty employee called Louis(?) said I should have just refused to pay if the driver wasn’t going to give me the change. What the hell? My brother is 12 years old. He offered to send the driver back while still blaming it on us for the problem and being extremely rude and curt throughout. It is not a 100 dollar bill it is just 20 bucks. They have NO excuse for not giving change. If my brother knew it was going to be a $ 20 meal for himself he would have not ordered it. I have worked in a pizza store before too and I always tip service employees but I cant believe he tried to trick my brother into tipping him $ 5. It is not the problem of a few dollars but a problem with honesty and integrity. Never are we ever going to order from this stupid scam of a restaurant ever again.

Always friendly and pizza is always good except if you order chicken wings they just throw the sauce in the container and don’t properly toss them… that is my only complaint

Was in the area today and was enticed by their walk in special which is a half panormous 1 topping for $ 7.99 plus tax. Apparently feeds 2 to 3 people, but 2 average people is probably more accurate. I probably could finished 75% of it in one sitting, but only ate half because I want to save a decent amount for tomorrow. The pizza itself was not bad, cheese was well melted and the crust was soft and chewy. A bit greasy, but I think that is usually the case for this type of pizza. Personally I think Pizza Hut is probably one of the better pizza chains in the area. But it’s downfall is that most of their speciality pizzas are quite overpriced imho. So for $ 7.99 for tonight’s meal, I can’t really complain too much.

You know when you have one extremely bad experience somewhere that it prevents you from ever eating here again? I had that a few weeks ago. There was an altercation between the customer and the cashier. In short, the customer(who I strongly believe was trying to scam them) was complaining about the price because he thought it was buy one large, get one large for $ 5, but it was buy one large, get a medium for $ 5. The cashier, who I do believe was trying to initially fix the situation, had two large pizzas, trying to charge the customer full price. The customer went into a rage, and the cashier handled it BADLY! He started arguing back with him and then the customer left without any pizzas. Which means the company was now out of the cost of two large pizzas. Now, if it was me, I would have given him the second for $ 5 just to shut him up, and flag his phone number or what not. That was not the part that bugged me, as the customer was leaving, the cashier loudly said«Good!» and started bad mouthing the customer to his colleague after he was out of ear shot. I was still there(he saw me), as was one other customer. I’ve been getting delivery for years and if this is what happens the one time I choose to pick my order up, I can only imagine what else goes on in there.
