was told i could exchange my e-​juice if i didnt open it. but a week later i walk in to exchange the juice that i bought (brand new i didnt touch it). they keep telling me they dont do exchange.

In the middle of this big e-​cig craze comes I Life. I popped in for a visit with some friends and was struck by how friendly the service was. I’m assumed to disappointing customer service from small Richmond businesses, but this place did a very good job at answering our questions and making us feel comfortable with our purchases. However, I believe the man that assisted us was the owner rather than their usual hired staff, who don’t have the same knowledge or speaking skills that he does. They offer a wide variety of products at good prices compared to other stores and even offered to notify us when certain products came in. They also have an active Facebook page that we were told we could troubleshoot with them on. I was very pleased overall with my experience here.
