This was probably the fastest custom paint job they’ve had to do to get my little rally car cleaned up in time for the Pacific Forest Rally. It came in pretty rough with dings and dents and a previous dent repair done by another shop that didn’t do very good. I’m sad to say, that I have recommended about a dozen new customers to that shop and they couldn’t even fix my car properly. Thankfully they did a good job on those recommendations. Along comes Herbert’s Autobody shop who was willing to help me out as a sponsor and the work they had to do to clean up the car was a lot. Trust me! The owner of the shop is really friendly and his passion for cars shows in the work he does and the cars he paints. Classic Mustangs, BMW’s über wide body Porsches and even some cool Scion projects in the past. He does them all. It’s a busy little shop and if you need a decent paint job, I would recommend him over Otto’s Autobody for a better quality autobody repair. The pics I posted are of my little Toyota rally car which can really get banged up. Not like those dainty tuner cars for show and shine. She when committed to taking on this project, I was more than happy with the results. The cars not finished yet. We ran out of time before the event so the finishing touches will be done soon and I’ll post it up later. Why the five star review? Service, quality and they do things different. It’s not a chop shop that slaps things together like most other autobody places do. Thanks Herbert’s Autobody!
