Love it. always have a good experience here ! I used to go for threading but my shape was never the same. And then I saw Benya and she fixed my eyebrows and they are perfect everytime. I also go to Jessica and she’s amazing as well!

I’ve been here twice for pedicures, and once for a facial. I definitely recommend! Even though it’s located inside the mall, the back rooms are extremely quiet, there is absolutely no mall noise that slips through those walls.
Both of my pedicures were done extremely well, and the estheticians were super friendly (not overly talkative or gossipy, which is a bonus for me) and knew what they were doing. I was very happy with both times and plan on returning in the future.
My facial was also well done, the esthetician used only Aveda products to exfoliate and treat my dehydrated skin. I felt like my face was recharged afterwards.
Booking is easy, and there is usually a lot of availability for bookings. The receptionist is friendly, and they always end with a complimentary makeup touchup or Aveda hand massage. Highly recommend!

Booked for an facial and waxing service with Stephanie. Turned out to be a total disappointment! I have had the same facial done at various Aveda Eccotique Spa and have always received very professional service and massage. Unfortunately, the service today was not 60 min as it said on the menu and the experience was below the standard. I stayed in the room for no more than 50 minutes for both my facial and waxing service. The waxing was painful and I can still see several hair left on my upper lip. This used to be my favourite spa place but unfortunately I am afraid that I will not return and will never recommend a friend. I paid FULL price for DISCOUNTED service. Avoid this place at all cost.

I love Eccotique! This is my go to place for a nice pampering. I’ve had numerous manicures and pedicures done here as well as massages and facials. I find that compared to other places, especially cheaper nail places, they take their time to clean your nails and apply polish on them. When I come here, I make it a point to allow for extra time so that I don’t feel rushed. They also have a nice seating area when i like to go to after my treatment to just relax and have a cup of tea (complimentary). They also have showers available in case you need one. The staff are very professional and friendly. I even had them do my make up for my wedding and I was very happy with how it turned out!
Although it’s in the mall, their treatment rooms are tucked away in the back so that it is nice and quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle of the mall. A very relaxing place that tops my list for spa treatments!

I went here today with a gift card from work. I got a half hour massage that they failed to tell me would be done by an esthetician rather then a registered massage therapist. The massage was not bad for someone who isn’t formally trained. My 30 minute massage ended up being about 20 minutes long as I was in the ‘spa’ a total of 30 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I walked out. Not to mention that she got tons of oil in my freshly washed hair that I put up specifically so that wouldn’t happen. I asked the receptionist as I was leaving how much a massage would normally cost there, $ 55!!! I will never be going there again and have written an email to my work who regularly sends us to this spa as a reward that they should probably choose another one.

I like this place — it’s very clean, the staff are professional, and the atmosphere is relaxing. They have a wide variety of services and products. I only get my eyebrows done here but I can vouch for their manicures and pedicures too (my mother gets them done). I have been VERY happy with my eyebrows every time I’ve gone in and the best part is I don’t have to come back in for another two or three months. Eccotique does charge a little bit more than other salons in the area — a standard eyebrow wax/shape is $ 16 — but I don’t mind paying a bit more for such a great job.

I didn’t realize I hadn’t written a review for this place so this is long overdue.
Two of us went for Peeptoe Pedis here last summer and we LOVED them. We both admired our beautiful feet for weeks afterward, in fact I got 3 weeks worth of self-admiration — I couldn’t keep my eyes off my feet, they were just so good-looking!
I then had another one and it was just as good, but by then it was shoe season and I didn’t get as much opportunity to admire my feet.
That’s a total of 3 different technicians here who did great jobs. I’m going back for another soon and don’t want to be disappointed. If I am, I’m giving up on salon pedis and going to do them myself.

I got a 50 $ gift card here so i decided to get my brows shaped. WORST experience ever! First of all, the girl that was doing it didn’t even SHAPE my brows! Even tho i had a gift card, the price for this place is not cheap. I just spent the rest of the gift card on joico’s shampoo/conditioner and that was the only good investment towards this company. There are far more better places than this in vancouver.

Got a pedicure last summer. Far more pricey than most. Girl doing the pedicure seemed inexperienced to the point where she barely wrapped the warm towel around my feet (part of the pedicure) and they kept falling off and she didn’t fix it or seem to care. Another girl was doing the exact same pedicure beside me and it looked great. It probably depends who you get but the girl I had apparently had 8 years experience. I was very unsatisfied and I even wrote a letter to the company but never got a response. I wouldn’t pay that much for something I can get for half the price elsewhere.
