Very helpful english speaking staff that helped me during my first time at a laundromat. They charge $ 1 a pound for drop off service and clothes came nicely folded and sorted. They also have drop off and pick up sundays. I also used the machines a couple times and when I had an issue with one they helped me right away. Make sure you bring your own soap, though, at $.75 a load for crappy Tide soap it’s better to bring your own.

This is easily the best laundromat in Richmond. The location is also convenient for visitors staying at the nearby hotels. There are lots of washers and dryers so you never have to wait for a machine. All the washing machines are front-​loading so there’s no need to worry about heavy loads of laundry becoming unbalanced or being able to fit large comforters into the machine. This is a good place to have large items washed.
They also have a hydro extractor which spins wet, washed items to extract additional water and decrease drying time. The machine costs $ 0.75 per load to use.
While the laundromat is open from 7:00am to 11:00pm daily, it’s best to go while there’s an attendant on duty in case you have problems with any of the machines. An attendant is on duty from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Monday to Saturday and from 9:30am to 2:00pm on Sunday. There is no attendant on holidays.

I called around to many laundry/​dry cleaning spots in the Richmond area and this was the only one who would invoice me/​company I work for. We pay the invoices at the end of month.
We drop off 5 uniforms every Friday and pick them up Monday morning with no issues.
The price was the best around and the quality is great!

Our hotel had recommended this place because it was open on a Sunday night until 11pm.
The good:
— Open at super convenient hours seven days a week
— Most of the machines work (you would be surprised how many laundromats that have non-​functional machines)
— Very close to some of the large hotel chains nearby like the Holiday Inn, Radisson, etc
The not so great:
— There are some times when the store is unsupervised so if you run out of change and the change machine is broken, you’re out of luck!
— The store is in a slightly sketchy place so if you’re out there late at night, bring a safety buddy
— The washers are not the newest (but they do work!)
