Angels There For You Home and Health Care Services

I am receiving post-​op home care from ATFY and could not be more satisfied. The aide they provided is better than I could have hoped for. She’s friendly and completely ready to provide whatever assistance I might need — whether it is errands, cooking, cleaning, helping with wound care, etc.
When I initially phoned to find out about their services, I had assessor come by with the aide the very next day. We were able to discuss the types of support I was looking for, and see if the recommended aide was a good fit. (Which she was.)
They are very eager to ensure that recovery goes well and provide excellent service. I highly recommend them.

This is not an agency I would recommend. I have been trying to find home care for a friend who is terminal with cancer. This is one of the agencies I contacted. While the woman who took my information initially was lovely, the person who called back was very aggressive. Three times she tried to push me into meeting her or involving my sick friend into a meeting when we weren’t ready due to health issues. She wouldn’t accept no for an answer. I then received a follow-​up call from someone else asking me to advise if I had decided to use another agency. I took the time to call to tell them I wouldn’t be using their services and the receptionist was so dense that no matter how many times I explained why I was calling, she simply could not understand me. I felt the entire process was just not supportive and not responsive. The thought of allowing my very vulnerable friend to be at the mercy of these people makes me sick. I have dealt with other agencies and they were far more professional. That’s not to say they will deliver excellent home care but once I do hire someone I will be back to review the agency (ies) I select. You can do better than this group.
