I have been to MANY«med» «spas» over the last decade. I used to be loyal to one aesethic RN and cosmetic clinic and when they moved and I became less«into» injectables, i started shopping around and groupon’ing. Wellsprings has been my favorite experience so far. Michelle used the most suitable hyaluronic acid fillers even though they would retail for more than the basic type, which is what coupons typically apply for. I thought she did a great job, and would and HAVE returned without any coupons(though they have a great follow up price). I appreciate there is an actual doctor on hand for consults. I agree that one of the receptionists is a bit loud and um, non-discreet, but is also really sweet and accommodating. Many med spa receptionists are pushy, rude, snappy, or judgemental, but I have always felt like I was treated with respect by staff here. They are also very flexible with handling re-bookings. It;s normal for companies that sell coupons to have a TON of filtered reviews. Your mileage will vary. But please be realistic about the experience you anticipate from a company selling a medical product at a high volume over the internet. This isn’t the most elite Beverly Hills dermatologist’s office with a 2-year waitlist. This is a med-spa in Richmond Hill doing its best to build a clientele.

I can see every single bad reviewers points on why they gave them a bad review, but at the end of the day the ladies who did my lip injections did an amazing job, even gave me an extra half a syringe I did not pay for because they thought I needed it. They really took their time and did it artfully.

Dropped my mum off for a «luxury day spa» experience valued at $ 189 and even though I told them to take good care of her and it was her b-day present, the feedback I got from my mum wasn’t very pleasant. She said the massage was mainly for the back and was for a very short 15 minutes(apparently the masseuse is not a licensed massage therapist which would explain why the job was so amateurish). Facial was okay, nothing special as per my mum; but the mani pedi was the worst. After looking at my mum’s hands, it looked like a 5 year old ‘poorly’ applied her nail polish! All in all, did not feel the services received had a value of $ 189 despite paying a little less via coupon(around $ 150 total) and yet it STILL wasn’t worth it.

I went here for a consultation and id never go back. I was told I’d have to see the doctor before any injections. Total waste of time. He pretty much explained what anyone is capable of reading online about fillers, yet he isn’t the one doing the fillers. The receptionist was smoking by the back door which made the place reek of cigarette. She herself was unorganized and full of fillers. It didnt represent the spa well at all. They dont have before and after photos of any work that Michelle does which would be helpful seeing how she isn’t a doctor or nurse. The receptionist is loud and not professional. Will ask what procedure you are in for in front of other people there. Got a quote for scar removal which was ridiculous and over priced. Michelle isnt talented or experienced with permanent make up at all. She isnt sanitary and will give you the needle she used on you to keep. If you go back, she will simply clean the needle with alcohol. Proper sterilization is completely lacking. She will then try to charge $ 30 a needle if you forget to bring the one she gave you for a touch up.

Well Springs Spa is a big disappointment! I was lucky that I did not pay full price for my treatment since there was a teamsave offer and if I did pay over $ 200, I will be so mad at myself! Well Springs Spa is located on Yonge just South of Elgin Mills. it is in little strip plaza. The waiting area is nice and roomy with European furnitures. There are a lot of information of Botox and how much for the session and unit costs on the counter. The treatment room is upstairs… feels like an afterthought as it is not set up as a day spa. Me and my friend have the treatment in a little small room. and the enironment is definitely not spa like! The one thing that really got on my nerve is they are playing the same CD which have songs that last for 30 min on repeat. so for the 4 hours we were there we kept listening to same thing and the songs are badly put together some of them are even cut off in the middle! Anyway, the massage for 30 minute was the best part. the rest kind of goes downhill… The facial was poorly done and so are the mani and pedi. And for nail colours they only have a handful to choose from !!(Nailsense is heaven!) My friend’s nail colours were done worse than she would have done herself. she was so nice not to complain but she went home and remove them all and redo it herself! I will definitely not going back there for any day spa package, even with any coupon!
