Times Pharmacy

Just came back from yet another pleasant visit to this pharmacy (YES, I did say «pleasant visit» and «pharmacy» in the same sentence). You know how you’re always grumbling about how expensive the fees are at Shoppers? Or how the alternative, cheaper option of Walmart pharmacies have haphazard service and ridiculous wait times? Well I don’t grumble (too) often as I don’t go to those places. I go to Times Pharmacy. Cheap prices, friendly service.
Simon, the pharmacist/​owner, is extremely pleasant to talk to and is knowledgeable about anything you talk to him. Not only that, he’s very calming and handles your requests in a «Don’t worry, I got this covered» attitude which is very, very helpful when you’re a wreck due to your man-​cold. He also has excellent rapport with the Times Medical Clinic a few doors down the road (which so happens to be my family doctor’s current location) which is helpful as he can ask questions to the doctor very quickly about my prescription or any questions I may have.
One year in, and the service is still as excellent as the day I first walked in here. Good job guys, keep it up!

Very personable and knowledge, one of the best pharmacist I know

If you want a pharmacist that’s friendly, efficient, knowledgable and truly cares than TIMES PHARMACY is the place for you. Simon Lau is one of the nicest pharmacists I have ever met. He takes the time to explain how to take your meds so that you understand what to do when you go home.
The shop is clean, neat, welcoming and modern. The location is steps away from a doctor’s office that is accepting new patients. The prices are competitive too so you know you are getting a good deal!
Service is offered in English, Mandarin and Cantonese so there are no language barriers which is great for those who speak English as a second language and may need instructions in their mother tongue.
This is definitely a pharmacy worth switching to!!!
