Been here twice — to buy a bike for my niece and to buy gym equipment. On both occasions the staff were friendly. The bike dude was thorough explaining to us what to look for in a good bike.
I’ve fallen off on bikes so I was not the best person to ask but the sales guy helped a lot figuring out what’s the best bike for our needs. They also tuned the bike up. Yup, they tune up a bike. Wow.
The store’s organization is not intuitive so I was lost finding gears. The sales lady helped me… politely. If at Wal-​Mart you get grumpy look from retiree sales associates, at Sport Check you get pleasant service from people who know sports.
