Richmond Hill Strength and Conditioning

Getting to this location was very easy which appealed to me. During the rush hour traffic can get pretty hectic around these areas. Having this gym on West Beaver Creek allowed me an easy way to get there through traffic and a great escape from it on the way home.
The facility was well taken care of when I entered. It didn’t have the usual sweaty stench of most gyms. I enjoyed that the gym was more family based rather than the large chain. I find that a smaller more encouraging environment helps me a lot more than being ogled at the larger chain gyms.
The vibe was very comfortable for me and my coach had been very knowledgeable of not only the exercises we were prescribed but our individual needs. I enjoyed his ability to deal with me as an individual while maintaining the group aspect of the classes.
Since I’ve started training here, not only has my mother and cousin joined but my aunt as well. I left the country for some odd months to come back and find them in better shape than they have ever been. The best part is that they all seemed to have fun on the way there.
The coach and the staff here always set up great family based events on holidays as well that give us both a great workout and a little competition. It’s been a great experience growing with my new friends at the gym and bonding with my family as well.
