Never again!
My whole experience there was just so frustrating, that all I wanted to do was get out. I normally go to Trade secrets close to my work downtown and since I couldn’t wait till Monday I thought mehh I’ll go here… been here few years ago and didn’t have an issue then. I don’t know if management changed but it seriously was a horrible experience.
I get there to see if anyone is available for eyebrow waxing,. First off I was greeted by some guy who I’m thinking was probably the manager. Came to the counter with the haircut cape on as he himself was getting his haircut when he came and asked me what I needed done… Professionalism a BIG 0, seriously buddy get someone at the front counter, if you need to tend to your own hair.
As for my experience, I honestly hate my eyebrows, the shapes ruined and she emptied them out, she barely used tweezers to clean them up only to empty them. I also got the rest of my face treated (peach fuzz) and I’m now left with burn marks from the wax.
Come to pay and the whopping price of 50 bucks for eyebrows and face for what I received just makes me mad.
Brutal… Just brutal

I’ve never done a Unilocal review before, but I’m so upset at how much my Mani/​Pedi cost and the end result.
My manicurist was perfectly nice… but the services were not. I was escorted into a tight back room with another lady, I sat in a regular chair and was given a $ 10 footbath to put my feet into for my pedicure. The lady doing my nails was perfectly sweet and we chatted, but the whole time I kept wishing that I could have bailed on the whole experience. I didn’t feel comfortable, clean, or relaxed at all. I was going away on vacation the next day and simply needed it done.
The manicure was nothing special either. Temped water, poor facilities, and a slack job. She wasn’t even going to cut my nails and I had to ask her to do so. And as a man I don’t get any nail polish. I wish she’d offered some nail hardener, protector, or a buff… none of this. When I went to pay and the total was around $ 70 my mouth dropped… and this was their SPECIAL!
I’m looking at my feet now two weeks later and they’re terrible. My nails are unusually cut, completely cracked and peeling; I’m left totally unsatisfied. Usually when I get a mani-​pedi the result lasts for a much longer than this. I’ve been now self maintaining to try and fix the poor job that was done.
Sorry Natural Solutions, your solutions are not what I desire. Save yourself the money, folks.

This place is bright and open. the haircut and style was fresh and executed well. I walked in during the afternoon and they quickly attended to me. I actually went to another haircutting place in the same mall and they told me come back after 15 minutes when they were all standing around free. That is not customer service. I definitely recommend natural solutions.
I will add that the styling though nice did not last beyond the evening event. Also, Because of weather frizz popped up almost soon after i left.

This is the review that forced me out of Unilocal retirement. I honestly don’t recall the last time I had an experience this bad. I went in for a simple cut, style and wash. I saw the owner/​manager. The whole thing lasted no longer than 10 minutes including the wash (I am NOT exaggerating). Throughout the job, he was antsy, distracted and sloppy. I was extremely dissatisfied with the end result. It was nothing like what I had in mind (despite showing him a picture at the beginning). He used shears for texturizing (more like thining) as opposed to point cutting and used cheap drugstore product for a finishing touch. I’ve had much better cuts at my local Hair Choice. $ 40 was the damage at the end. I would highly advise against choosing Natural Solutions.
