If I could do zero stars I would.
I had a scheduled appointment with a contractor for this morning. When I had booked the appointment I had stressed how important it was for me to have the work done. But alas, I arrived at the property and waited for the handyman to arrive. I called three times and left messages and I am yet to hear from or see a representative from this company.
Changing my review to 5 starts as I have become aware that the issue I had was with another franchise. Sorry for any confusion.
