I am a professional IT engineer. I work in front of computer all day long due to the nature of IT work. I have started to have neck and back pain problem a few years back. I have tried a couple of massage therapists. None of them really help. Two years ago, I happened to see a flyer from Magic Touch Health Care. I made an appointment and wanted to give it a try. And I have been going to same place since then. The therapist there is very experienced and professional. She is an Ontario Registered Massage Therapist, which is very important to me. What helped me most with my back pain is the deep massage. Sometimes, it hurts a bit because the therapist needs to work very hard on the areas where there are knots or are very tense. The therapist also taught me some exercises to complement the massage treatment. After a year or so, my back pain has completely disappeared. If you are an office worker like me and have tense back muscle or back pain, you may want to try this place. This therapist is also very good at acupuncture.
