Horrible service… walked in to remove shellac from my toe nails and get my eyebrows threaded. explained I was having foot surgery on Tuesday (day after tomorrow) and I would appreciate being squeezed in… they told me to have a seat (they weren’t that busy only 4 people there and one of them was getting her nails dried by a fan) and that they would start with the shellac removal which would only take 5 minutes. After about 10 minutes a lady walked in and sat for not even one minute and said she wanted her eyebrows threaded (NO APPOINTMENT either) so one of the staff moved me inside and I thought okay great I’m getting some service and then I notice after a few minutes the lady that walked in after me to get her eyebrows threaded was paying and leaving after she had gotten serviced before me ALL while I was seated STILL WAITING for anyone to even acknowledge me!
I usually bite my tongue but I couldn’t take how nonchalant they were about it so I politely mentioned the above so of course I ended up getting a crappy job for my eyebrows which I have to repeat over as if nothing was done and they used a buffer to remove my shellac (only feet) and ended up charging me $ 20!!! Not even any cuticle oil or acetone was used. what a frickin joke!.. I have a buffer at home if I wanted to use it I wouldn’t have visited a salon and yet… I remained courteous til the end… minus the tip of course!
Note: I am always hating on people who write bad reviews that sound like they just have a stick up their u know what… but for once I am feeling empathetic towards them. maybe I should applaud them for taking the time to warn others about businesses that should be closed… if u can’t do customer service get another job… there’s plenty of jobs out there where u don’t have to be in contact with human beings. Also, smile a little. it goes a long way!

I have been going here to get my nails done weekly since it opened. Tina and Ivy (the owners) and their staff are truly fantastic! The salon is clean and I always get a fantastic manicure. They take appointments as well as walk-​ins. I will never, ever go anyplace else. This nail salon is truly a standout amongst all of the other horrible and dirty places in Richmond Hill. If you come here once, I GUARANTEE that you will never go anyplace else.
