They just did a huge management change and you can definitely see the difference! The service is faster and friendlier. The food has always been fantastic but I really appreciate the new efforts service-​wise

Very disappointed by the service! We arrived at the OPA in Bower Mall at 830 pm last weekend and stood by the till for at least 5 minutes while we heard someone banging around in the back. When the man finally came out to greet us, his response was, «we’re closing up, so we can only do salads» Granted it was getting close to closing time (9 pm) but I mean really, if you say you’re open until 9, you should be open until 9 and serve people. If you’re not open, put up a sign or something so that we have time to go somewhere else instead of just making us stand there figuring out our order only to be told we can’t have it. I will not be going back there just on principle!
