Vancell did a repair on our Samsung Galaxy S4 in 45 mins. We needed a new charging port installed after a cycling accident damaged the original one. Rogers said it would take them 2 – 4 weeks & the loaner phone would be basic. We connect to our internet via a WiFi hotspot so that was not an option. I would have given 5 stars but the fellow that answered their phone wad not very pleasant. The other two people we dealt with there were very pleasant & helpful.
