I’ve been going to this location for the past few months and I have to say, I find that it’s much better than the Yaletown location.
The customer service here is really good and the employees are so friendly. The level of cleanliness is exceptional; the beds are always spotless.
The only reason I did not rate this place five stars, is that not all the employees are fully aware of the promotions available. When I’ve asked questions about a specific promotion, i did not get the answers I expected. However, when I emailed the business, I received a very quick response, providing the information I was seeking.
The available selection of lotions is pretty good, although quite expensive. I don’t think that’s unusual, though — most tanning salons seem to have similar pricing. It’s great if you can catch one of their sales to save a few bucks.
I usually use the level 5 high-​pressure bed and I’m pleased with the results.
They also provide additional services such as VersaSpa and Mystic Tan (sunless tanning)

I loved my first visit at Sunscape! I am a BC Felion and I love to go tanning and look my best for game day! I went yesterday and the lady that helped me was great. Her name was Dayn and she was extremely informative about the different types of beds and lotions. I did a stand-​up for about 4 minutes since it was my first time in awhile. Really clean and super friendly ladies who work there. Highly recommend this place!
