Shapour and Claudette are the two most amazing and wonderful people that I have ever met. They are both very nice, modest and professional. They have done a decent job on altering my own grad dress and my friends’. If u have any clothing that needs tailoring or alternation, you can put your trust in Shapour’s Tailoring & Alterations.

A long overdue review of Shapour’s Tailoring and Alterations…
In search of a great place to take my items needing alterations I stumbled upon Shapour’s Tailoring as I was driving thorough Port Moody. I was greeted warmly by Shapour and Claudette upon entering their shop and discussed what I would like to be done to my clothes.
I brought in 2 high-​end blazers and a suit needing alterations (think Canali, Tom Ford, Isaia etc) so I was quite particular with where I would have them worked on. After discussing my plans the dynamic duo assured me they were in great hands and I would be very pleased with the results.
I would be lying if I said I wasn’t concerned all week with what would become of them. I’m a super picky person so I was quite worried. When it came time to pick them up (one week after drop off) my worries were erased as they exceeded even my high expectations.
I have since taken in many more blazers, suits, pants, shirts, you name it and the results have always been top notch.
Alteration prices are about the same as most (from my experience), but where this shop really excels is in turn around time. Try getting a suit altered at any other reputable Vancouver tailors and you will wait weeks longer. Not only that, but at Shapour’s you feel valued and part of the process. I have never felt rushed and my opinion has always been respected.
I urge you to give them a try if you are in need quality alterations.
