I usually never go and write reviews for non-​food places… but my family and I had a very pleasant time shopping for a new Lexus at this location. Jason Hsu was very knowledgeable about the car and was very patient with all the questions we had. Simply amazing customer service and I would recommend everyone to find him when looking for a Lexus, as will I when I get a new Lexus in the next few years. Rachel Chiu dealt with our paperwork and was equally as patient and friendly and we really appreciated her help with explaining every detail. We left the lot with a new NX200t and couldn’t be happier!
