Reflection Skin & Body offers warm, personalized service and high end product lines. I first discovered Loretta at Reflection when I moved here from Ontario, and was looking for a source for SwissLine, an exceptional paramedical skin care system that I cannot live without!
After my first facial, I was hooked and have been coming regularly ever since. Loretta has an amazing touch, and is very knowledgeable about what works for my skin type. I find that my skin is actually better since coming to her, than all my years in Ottawa, even though I am older now.
She also brings in a variety of specials, techniques and events throughout the year which keeps it interesting.
I love that she stays in touch through email, and I can book and receive confirmation of my appointments via my mobile phone. Parking is also easy.
Note that this spa is owner-​operated, and suited to individual care, not groups/​girls’ outings.
I have been to many elite spas all over the world, and feel most at home and most satisfied with Reflection. When I travel, I will go for body care or mani/​pedis at a spa but not a facial, because I completely trust Reflection for my facial care.
